This pork roast is beautifully glazed and has a delicious fruit sauce.

1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops
1 boneless pork roast (3 pounds), trimmed
1/2 cup pineapple or apricot preserves
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ginger, Ground
2 green onions, chopped (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place roast in bag.
2. Mix Seasoning Mix with preserves, soy sauce and ginger. Spoon mixture over roast. Sprinkle top with green onions, if desired. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake in lower half of oven 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Spoon pan juices over pork.
